Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. It is Pirinel Ltd's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website https://www.appointcloud.com.

1. How we use, store and share personal data

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

The personal data we collect from clients is name, email address, phone number and profile picture. The user is given full control of this data - they can refuse to give it, change it or completely delete it from our servers. The user is free to refuse our request to their personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide them with some of their desired services.

This data is stored only on our servers and is only shared with salons and companies to which the user is a customer and for the purpose of creating an appointment. We do not provide this data to any other third party unless required by law.

We use the same personal data both from end users and from our business partners (hair/spa salons and others). Our business partners' staff members have the option to make their name, profile picture and phone number public for the purpose of advertising their services to clients.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

2. Data collected from third parties

We use personal user data from several third-party services. How we use, store and share this data is described below.

2.1. Google

In order to provide easier sign up and sign in functionality we use a "Sign in with Google" button. This way we receive a user's name, phone number, email address and profile picture from Google without the need for the user to manually fill this data in. This is an optional step for simplification and the user is not required to do this in order to use our services. How we use, store and share this data is described in section 1 of this privacy policy.

Additionally when creating an appointment the user is given the option to add this appointment to their Google calendar. For this functionality to work, we request a limited access to the user's Google calendar which allows us to create and modify calendar entries. The user can choose not to grant Appointcloud this permission and at any time they have the option to remove this permission from their Google account by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

2.2. Facebook

In order to provide easier sign up and sign in functionality we use a "Login with Facebook" button. This way we receive a user's name, phone number, email address and profile picture from Facebook without the need for the user to manually fill this data in. This is an optional step for simplification and the user is not required to do this in order to use our services. How we use, store and share this data is described in section 1 of this privacy policy.
